We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Head of Students (Years 10-12) to commence in January 2027. This senior Position of Leadership plays a pivotal role in leading student engagement, wellbeing and belonging across the senior years. The successful applicant will lead a team of Heads of Year and work collaboratively with colleagues to create the conditions that enable all students to thrive. The role oversees the Years 10-12 pastoral program, leads the implementation of the College's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and works in partnership with students, staff and families to achieve positive educational and wellbeing outcomes.
